Ms. XU Xuanxuan graduated from East China Normal University. In 1999, she became a registered auctioneer with the highest total score nationwide in the written test, interview and operations. She is also a designated auctioneer for state-owned land, a registered real estate agent, economic engineer and appraiser. During her professional career, Ms. XU has become a leading figure among young auctioneers in China and developed a unique style of a fresh, accurate, composed and affable female. She has thus opened a new field for females in the male-dominated auction business, and become the model of the new female auctioneers.
Ms. XU has hosted several hundred auctions and the total value amounts to several billion yuan in RMB, among which thirty auctions achieved a hammer price of over RMB 100 million yuan. She was accredited the "Rising Star of Tomorrow" by China Central Television and China Association of Auctioneers.

May 28, 2002, auction commissioned by Shanghai Maritime Court for the container ship "ADCL Sheba" hosted by Ms. XU in both Chinese and English, hammer price at 16 million US dollars;
March 5, 2003, auction for the naming right to the first commercial Maglev train in Shanghai, hammer price RMB 20.9 million yuan;
June 2003, auction for new residential apartments in Olympic Garden, the first auction for the property rights for service apartments;
July 2003, auction for the unfinished Dazheng Triangle Plaza, hammer price RMB 470 million yuan, the highest price of a single lot at a forced sale in Shanghai;

2005, auction for the land located next to Zhongcao Road in Shanghai, starting price RMB 210 million yuan and hammer price 230 million;
January 2006, auction for D’Long International Tower commissioned by China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd., hammer price RMB 595 million yuan thanks to the endeavor by Ms. XU during the auction to fully exhibit the value of the lot;
2006, auction for the use right of a piece of state-owned land in Nanjing city commissioned by the local Land and Resources Bureau, hammer price RMB 287.14 million yuan, after which Ms. XU were invited for multiple times to host the similar use right auctions for Nanjing and Beihai cities due to her familiarity with the local leasing market of state-owned land;
March 9, 2007, auction for over RMB 40 million yuan equity of SW Securities Research Co., Ltd., starting price for a single share at 1.9 yuan and hammer price after 67 rounds of bidding at 3.7 yuan with a total price of 149 million, premium rate 94.7% and above the reserve price by 73.7%;
April 6, 2007, auction for the real estate at No. 3261, Dongfang Road in Shanghai, hammer price RMB 376.538 million yuan;
